WHAT IS SUPERTIP?

SuperTip is a Creator Monetization Platform designed to help fans support their favorite content creators, streamers, and artists. We provide the technology that allows you to send monetary tips, messages, and multi-media directly to creators during their live streams or on their social profiles.

PRICING & FEES

For the Supporter (The Tipper):

• Voluntary Amount: The price you pay is entirely voluntary. You choose the amount you wish to tip the creator (e.g., ₹100, ₹500, etc.).
• Transparency: The total amount deducted from your account will be the Tip Amount you entered. SuperTip does not charge the supporter any hidden fees on top of the tip unless explicitly stated on the checkout screen (e.g., for specific high-cost payment methods).

For the Creator:

• Platform Fee: SuperTip charges a small, transparent platform fee (percentage-based) on the transactions processed to cover the cost of maintaining the secure infrastructure, server costs.
• Settlement: Creators receive the net amount directly into their registered bank accounts according to the payment gateway settlement cycle.

NATURE OF THE PURCHASE

When you use SuperTip, you are purchasing a Digital Service. Specifically, you are paying for:

• The Digital Gratuity (financial support) transferred to the Creator.
• The Digital Interaction (the display of your name/message on the Creator's stream/dashboard).

IMPORTANT NOTE ON REFUNDS

Because the service involves the immediate transfer of funds to the Creator and the immediate display of your message (which cannot be "un-displayed"), all transactions on SuperTip are final and non-refundable.

By completing a transaction, you acknowledge that the service is rendered immediately upon the display of the message/shout-out on the stream, and you waive any right to dispute the transaction based on "non-delivery" once this digital trigger has occurred.
