SuperTip is designed to help streamers connect with their audience and receive support through tips and personalized messages. To ensure a positive and respectful experience for everyone, we've established these Community Guidelines. By using SuperTip, you agree to abide by these guidelines. We believe in fostering a supportive and engaging environment where everyone feels welcome and respected.

Guidelines for Using SuperTip:

To maintain a healthy and vibrant community, please adhere to the following guidelines when sending tips and messages through SuperTip:

1. Respectful Communication:

• Be Kind and Courteous: Engage in respectful and courteous communication at all times. Avoid insults, personal attacks, and demeaning language.
• Constructive Feedback: If offering feedback, ensure it is constructive and aimed at helping streamers improve, rather than being disparaging or hurtful.

2. Prohibited Content:

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on SuperTip:

• Hate Speech and Discrimination: Content that promotes hate or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic is not allowed.
• Harassment and Bullying: Do not create content that intends to harass, bully, threaten, or upset other individuals. This includes cyberbullying, stalking, and doxing (sharing someone's private information without their consent).
• Offensive and Inappropriate Content: Avoid sending messages that are obscene, vulgar, profane, or sexually suggestive. Content that is offensive, inflammatory, or likely to provoke strong negative reactions is also prohibited.
• Illegal Activities: Discussions or content promoting illegal activities, including but not limited to piracy, illegal drug use, or any unlawful conduct, are forbidden.
• Spam and Self-Promotion: Excessive posting of self-promotional material, spam, or irrelevant content is prohibited. SuperTip is for sending tips of support, not for unsolicited advertising.
• Misinformation and Deception: Do not submit false or misleading information. Impersonating others or misrepresenting your affiliation is also prohibited.

3. Privacy:

• Respect Personal Information: Do not share another person's private information without their explicit consent. This includes names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, and other sensitive details.

4. Relevance and Purpose:

• Stay Relevant: Ensure your messages are relevant to the streamer and the purpose of SuperTip – to offer support and engagement.
• Use for Intended Purpose: SuperTip is intended for sending tips and supportive messages. Misusing the platform for other purposes is not permitted.

Enforcement and Consequences:

We are committed to upholding these Community Guidelines. Violation of these guidelines may result in the following actions, depending on the severity and frequency of the violation:

• Message Blocking: Messages that violate these guidelines will be blocked and will not be delivered to the streamer.
• Content Removal: We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.
• Warnings: Users may receive warnings for minor violations.
• Temporary Suspension: Temporary suspension of your SuperTip account.
• Permanent Ban: For severe or repeated violations, accounts may be permanently banned from using SuperTip.

Reporting Violations:

If you encounter content or behavior that you believe violates these Community Guidelines, please report it to us at rahulfulwadhwa@yahoo.com. Please provide as much detail as possible, including the message content and any relevant context.

Changes to these Guidelines:

We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time to adapt to the evolving needs of our community and platform. We will notify users of significant changes. Please review these guidelines periodically to stay informed.
