Refund And Cancellation Policy

Thank you for using SuperTip. Please read this policy carefully. By using our platform to send Direct Creator Support, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. NO REFUNDS
SuperTip is a technological platform that facilitates the immediate transmission of Direct Creator Support and digital interactions to Creators.
All transactions processed through the SuperTip platform are final and non-refundable.
Once a transaction is successfully processed:
- The funds are processed via secure payment routing to the Creator.
- The transaction cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded by SuperTip under any circumstances.
2. DEFINITION OF SERVICE RENDERED
It is important to understand what you are paying for to avoid misconceptions regarding "item not received" disputes.
- The Service: SuperTip provides a digital service facilitating Direct Creator Support and real-time digital interactions.
- Completion: The service is considered rendered in full immediately upon the successful processing of the payment and the display of your name and message within the Creator's secure SuperTip dashboard.
- Acknowledgment: Because this digital service is consumed instantly at the point of transaction and dashboard delivery, it is strictly non-reversible.
3. STRICT NO-CHARGEBACK POLICY
You agree that you will not initiate any chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal request with your bank or credit card provider for any transaction processed via SuperTip.
- Friendly Fraud: Attempting to dispute a valid transaction after the service has been rendered (often called "friendly fraud") is a violation of our Terms of Service.
- Consequences: Any user who initiates a chargeback will be permanently banned from the SuperTip platform. We reserve the right to report such instances to fraud protection databases and relevant banking authorities.
4. BLOCKED CONTENT AND BANS
If your message is blocked by our automated filters (due to hate speech, profanity, or prohibited content) or if you are banned from the platform for violating our Community Guidelines:
- No Refund: You are not entitled to a refund.
- Reasoning: The technical cost of processing the transaction and filtering the content has already been incurred. Being disrespectful or violating our policies does not negate the service rendered.
5. ACCIDENTAL TRANSACTIONS
We cannot issue refunds for "accidental" transactions or typing errors regarding the support amount. Please verify the amount and your message carefully before confirming the transaction.
6. CREATOR DISCRETION
SuperTip acts solely as a technological intermediary. Because funds are securely routed and settled to the Creator according to standard processing cycles, SuperTip cannot facilitate refunds on behalf of a Creator. Any request for a refund must be directed to the Creator personally, and it is entirely at their sole discretion whether to return funds via their own means outside of the SuperTip platform.
