Thank you for using SuperTip. Please read this policy carefully as it is important to understand our policy regarding refunds.

As SuperTip is a service for sending tips to streamers and broadcasters, all tips made through the SuperTip platform are final and non-refundable.

Once a tip is successfully processed and sent to the streamer, it cannot be reversed or refunded under any circumstances. This is because tips are considered direct support for the streamer and are immediately made available to them.

This no-refund policy applies to all tips made through SuperTip, regardless of the reason for the attempted refund request.
