1. NATURE OF SERVICES
SuperTip operates exclusively as a digital platform for content creators and their audiences. We deal strictly in digital services and intangible goods (digital gratuity, messages, and alerts). No physical goods are sold, shipped, or delivered through this platform.
2. SHIPPING POLICY
As there are no physical products involved in our transactions, there are no shipping charges, shipping addresses, or physical delivery timelines associated with using SuperTip. You will not receive a tracking number or a courier package.
3. DELIVERY OF SERVICE (FULFILLMENT POLICY)
The "Service" provided by SuperTip is defined as the secure processing of your payment and the electronic transmission of your message, name, and/or gratuity alert to the intended Content Creator's dashboard or live stream overlay.
4. TIMELINE OF DELIVERY
- Immediate Fulfillment: The delivery of the Service is automated and occurs instantly upon the successful confirmation of your payment by the payment gateway.
- Confirmation: You will receive an immediate on-screen confirmation and an email receipt (if an email was provided) verifying that your message/tip has been successfully transmitted to the Creator.
5. PROOF OF DELIVERY
For the purpose of transaction disputes and chargebacks, the Service is considered legally rendered, consumed, and delivered in full immediately upon the display of the message/shout-out on the stream or the recording of the transaction in the Creator’s SuperTip dashboard.
SuperTip maintains server logs with timestamps, email addresses, and transaction IDs as definitive proof of this digital delivery.
